Terms of Service

SocialCrumbs shows the most recently added followers, and the most recently followed accounts, for a public Instagram profile. Results are ordered newest first and split into groups.

Everything shown comes from publicly visible profile data — the same information available to anyone browsing Instagram without logging in. We do not access private accounts, and we do not log into Instagram on your behalf.

Instagram does not publish a timestamp for when a follow happened. Nobody has access to one. Ordering is derived from the sequence in which Instagram returns these lists, which is a reliable indicator of recency but not a guarantee, and Instagram can change it without notice.

Grouping is inferred from display names and is approximate. Names are frequently ambiguous, and anything unclear is placed in a third group. Do not treat a grouping as a statement of fact about a person.

The service depends on third-party data providers and on Instagram itself. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. We provide the service "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may not use SocialCrumbs to:

• harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• monitor someone in violation of a restraining or protective order
• gather information about minors
• break any applicable law, including anti-stalking and data protection law
• resell, redistribute, or scrape results in bulk
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment

We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used this way, without refund. If you believe someone is using this service to harass you, contact support@socialcrumbs.com.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts are for one person; do not share credentials.

Free use shows a limited preview of results. A paid subscription unlocks the full lists.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may change, but not for a billing period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@socialcrumbs.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

SocialCrumbs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions you make based on information shown here.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
