Refund Policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

We would rather refund someone than argue with them. This page says plainly when we refund and how to ask.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page, or by emailing support@socialcrumbs.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — see below.

When we refund

We will refund in full if:

  • you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, and tell us within 14 days of the charge
  • the service was unavailable or failing for a significant part of your billing period
  • you were charged more than once for the same period
  • we end or materially change the service during a period you have paid for

If you subscribed and changed your mind before using it meaningfully, ask. Within the first 14 days we will almost always say yes.

When we may not refund

We may decline a refund where an account has used the service substantially across a full billing period, or where an account was terminated for breaching our terms — for example, using it to harass someone.

We do not refund on the basis that results were not what you hoped to find. The service shows what is publicly available; it does not promise any particular outcome.

How to ask

Email support@socialcrumbs.com from the address on your account. Tell us roughly when you were charged — you do not need an invoice number.

We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Before you dispute a charge

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refund, whereas we can usually refund the same day. We are not going to fight you over $19.99.
